I was going to do a transmission fluid change after getting an oil change at the dealer. Most of the plastic fasteners were missing from the bottom shield under the car which were removed to do the oil getting an oil change at the dealer. Most of the plastic fasteners were missing from the bottom shield under the car which were removed to do the oil change. They will probably state it was during the last service that was done and they may be right. They did the last service and all the services prior to this oil change. The only thing I have done is a rear brake job and it did not require removal of the skid panel. More

We just bought a 2026 Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve from Team Nissan. Ralph was phenomenal. He answered all our questions (we live about 100 miles from the dealership). He gave us a great deal on our trade Team Nissan. Ralph was phenomenal. He answered all our questions (we live about 100 miles from the dealership). He gave us a great deal on our trade in and the new vehicle (thousands less the next closest dealer). He was not going to be available on the day we were coming to pick up the new vehicle, so he arranged for James to be available for us. James was great and very knowledgeable on the vehicle ,he was very thorough about the various settings and options. He even synched our phones for us. Ralph also stated the paperwork with the Business Manager (he was great too, but I'm at a loss for his name) would be ready for us, so it wouldn't be an all day process. This is where most dealerships fail. To our surprise, Ralph was correct (he is a complete nice and honest guy), we were in and out of the dealership in just over 2 hours. This included James going over all the vehicle options and a tour of the service department. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!!!! Thank you to Team Nissan for the easiest/smoothest car buying experience!!!!! More
