I'm very pleased with my experience. Working with both Jamie Pizzo, and John in the Financial Dept made all the difference for me in purchasing my Veracruz from this dealership. I misunderstood some information on the Hyundai website about the financing charges. Jamie and John worked to help me understand what all of the financing costs would be. After I came in initially, Jamie followed up with a phone call to check to see if I had questions, which I did, and then she followed up with the information in an email. I really appreciated that, since I was having major second thoughts about buying at all. Jamie never hesitated in providing information in a clear and professional way. Jamie was very, very patient with my many, many questions and asked John to explain the financial information to me. John did a good job of going over the contract and making sure all of the costs matched so I had no concerns. Another aspect of my experience that was excellent was I didn't feel pressured at any point in time. Jamie later spent a lot of time going over all of the features of the car, including set up the Bluetooth for me, which was great! I can highly recommend Jamie Pizzo at Hyundai in Lexington Park to my family, friends, neighbors, people passing by on the street! :D More

We bought a 2011 Veracruz Limited AWD from Team Hyundai on 10/7/2011. The vehicle itself is everything we had hoped it would be and we are looking forward to many years of quality service from it. Thanks to Jamie Pizzo this was one of the easiest new car purchase I've made. Jamie listened to what I wanted; answered all of my questions; gave a very detailed description of the cars functions prior to m purchase I've made. Jamie listened to what I wanted; answered all of my questions; gave a very detailed description of the cars functions prior to my test drive; and informed me of all the advantages of being a member of the Hyundai Family. I have already recommended (and will continue to do so) Jamie to several friends and family members should they decide to purchase a Hyundai in the future. I arrived and told Brian what I was interested in....I wanted to trade my 2007 Santa Fe for a "greener" vehicle but I didn't want to give up some of the nice features that I loved about the Santa Fe--heat wanted to trade my 2007 Santa Fe for a "greener" vehicle but I didn't want to give up some of the nice features that I loved about the Santa Fe--heated seats, nice smooth ride, etc. I also gave him my financial limitations and what I wanted to pay monthly....He immediatley showed me the 2012 ELANTRA.....I took a test drive, I loved it, SOLD. I have been a return customer to Toyota/Hyundai Sales and Services since 1997--I will continue to be. Brian was great, knew just what I was asking for and fufilled all my requests...informative, personable, and I am a very very happy customer.. Wasn't planning to buy a car the day I purchased. Jamie met me in the lot and asked in a frienldy manner could she help. Told her I was interested in buying an Elantra after doing some research. She asked if I wanted a test ride and I told her I was going out to get something to eat, in which she responded "Ok, you can take a test ride." Love this car and the price was great. Jamie had everything in order when I got back and I walked away with a new vehicle. The next day I brought my son and he also brought an Elantra. Thanks for the excellent service More

Working with the dealership and the salesman (Wayne Cook) as part of the USAA buying service was first rate.
