I was very pleased our interactions with Robbie at the Hyundai dealership in Lexington Park, MD. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He was not annoying like many of the other salesmen we dealt with at other dealerships. He worked with us to make a deal on a price that we could agree on. We decided to buy our car from this dealership even though another dealer offered us a few hundred dollars off the price because we liked Robbie and really wanted to give him the sale. In addition, he explained to us that we receive a free first oil change and car washing for life at his dealership and he really persuaded us to buy locally and stay close to home. More
Jamie Pizzo was top notch as far as sales goes. A few weeks after the sale, she even gave us a follow-up call to see if everything was going ok with the car. She was very much a pleasure to work with and have reccommended her to several friends. We were asked how we wanted to tag our car Missouri or Maryland. We chose Maryland, then problems came from the MD dept. of motor vehicles with our car insurance on the Elantra. The situation has all been resolved on our part. However, you should let your tag personnel know that in order to tag a car in MD the purchaser needs to have MD compliant insurance, which we did not and they didn't even have the correct insurance company information on the tag papers. I was going to look at used cars and what option's I had to purchased one. Even though the temperature was around 30 with the wind blowing, Robbie Anderson was happy to greet me outside in the parking lot. to purchased one. He also game me the time to make sure that's what I wanted. Also answered all question's. Explained everything about the car,services at the lot and showed me everything in and out side the building for future return. Robbie was very personable and willing and wanted to care of my needs,concerns and wants. Robbie Anderson seems to be a great employee and asset to the company. I wish him well and Thank him. We have bought 4 Hyundais from Team Hyundai over the last 5 1/2 years. Three have been new purchases, and one a used vehicle. We are very happy with our vehicles and will continue to buy Hyundais. Team Hyundai was great. We have always chosen to have Jamie Pizzo as our sales person. Jamie has given us great friendly personable customer service. She is curteous, polite, listens to our needs/concerns, and provides answers to all of our questions. I feel as I am working with a friend. Each visit begins with a hug and ends with a hug. Two of our vehicles have been for my children, so Jamie has been able to watch them grow into adults and build relationships with them too. When shopping for my husband's new vehicle, he thought he wanted a truck. So Jamie showed us the Toyota trucks. She remembered that my husband had always loved the Azera, so she suggested he take it for a test drive. Boy, was she spot-on. The thought of a truck, went out the window, and he was back in love with the Azera. We are so happy with that decision. My father was an awesome car/truck salesman for over 40 years, so I have high standards for a car salesman. Jamie Pizzo far exceeds this, and will always be our go-to person for automobile purchases. My fiancé and I just had a baby and we were looking for an upgrade from our current car. I had thought about going with an elantra, but Robbie listened to my list of wants and needs and suggested a son for an upgrade from our current car. After looking at the car and researching, I discovered he was right. Team hyundai gave me a great deal for a beautiful car with a color we are in love with. Robbie took the time to listen and kept in contact with us over the week we were shopping. The financing department also worked with us and were fantastic. I will be getting our next car from Team Hyundai. They are interested in much more then just selling cars, they provide great customer service and have helped us into a car that will last and be safe for us and our newborn. Thank you! More

This is my third Hyundai bought from this dealership. I have always work with Jamie and felt that I received the best treatment possible. Since Jamie was not available to assist me during the purchase of the Tucson she asked if Robbie would take care of me. Robbie was very friendly and worked with me in getting the best deal possible. The only negative I have with the Dealership is that the selection of vehicles is small but I can understand the reason for this. The Tucson I bought came from another dealership in Northern VA which seem to me to be disorganized since they could not find the second key for the vehicle. I eventually found it behind the arm rest in the back seat. Team Hyundai had ordered me a second key and I received it in just a couple of days. They also took care of some scratches I had found on the driver's door in just a few minutes in which I was expecting to have to wait a day or so. I have no problems recommending Team Hyundai, Jamie Pizzo or Robbie Anderson to anyone looking to buy a new car. More
I had been thinking about purchasing my first (ever) "NEW" vehicle for about six months. The last two months I started visting dealerships on Sundays (when they were closed) so no one would "bother" me. I did so much looking and research I reached the point of over-load and could not make a decision. On December 27, 2011 I was at a (local) stop sign and a neighborhood aquaintance pulled behind me in a white 2012 Sonata Limited. I got out of my car, went back to her window and told her I really liked the looks of her car and asked how she liked it. She gave so many accolades I asked where she purchased it. She referred me to Brian Rhodes at Team Hyundai on Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, Maryland. She said everyone there was very nice and there were no hard-sell tactics. My husband and I went to the dealership the next day and met up with Brian. What a pleasant experience! After a few words regarding my hearts desire and expectations I was taking my first ever test-drive in a NEW car. On December 30, 2011 I became the proud owner of a white 2012 Sonata Limited. It is all I could ask for in a 4 cylinder vehicle and I am happy with my purchase. I love the design/appearance of this car. Strangers stop and tell me "nice car", friends tell me "that's a good looking car". (I've always driven (used) luxury, showy cars. I do not like "boring" cars). It truly was a delightful experience we had at Team Hyundai and Briah Rhodes changed my opinion and attitude toward Dealerships and Salespersons. I do not hesitate to refer anyone to Team Hyundai.
