Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 9am, appointment was for 930. The service department processed my truck in. The lounge area could use a remodel. TV station was not appeasing. No way to change the station. That early in the morning, nearly all the seats where filled. No safety inspection was done on the vehicle. For the price you would think it would have been done, check brake lights, and other fluids, blinkers, head lights. No report on this being done. Tire rotation, they did that but did not check the air pressure in the tires, same pressure as I arrived with them. They were low. May use them again, this was my first time there as I just moved to Conway. More
