Worst dealership experience ever !!!! This dealership has the worst management personnel that I have seen in a long time . There sales tactics are very old school and it’s like they do not realize the internet exists. I went in there to buy the new 2019 ram truck and I wanted to get a estimate of the payments before I ran my credit. The salesman Roland did a great job but before he could come back with numbers the manager came over and didn’t even introduce himself and went straight into his pitch how he could not give me a estimate without running my credit. After talking down to me and being extremely rude he finally went back to his desk and gave me some crazy lease numbers on a 45k truck. I would never recommend anyone going to this dealership to buy a car or truck. Awful!!!!!! More

I bought a vehicle that the carfax appeared to show it was a one owner vechicle. When I got home and was going through the paperwork, I noticed the car was previously owned by one person, which was the owner of a car rental agency. Yes, 1 owner, a rental car agency, which,to me, should have been disclosed. When I contacted the dealership , numerous times, they agreed this wasn't right, but continually would not get back to me, as I was told they would. Any dealership that has to 1st use deceptive tactics, and then wouldn't even try to resolve the issue, shouldn't even be in business, and if this review can even change one person's mind, it was worth my time. Service Fiasco My car was brought in for a routine service. I was told the turbo needed to be replaced. The parts were back ordered for a month. I was given a loaner My car was brought in for a routine service. I was told the turbo needed to be replaced. The parts were back ordered for a month. I was given a loaner to drive while we waited on parts. I was called on a Thursday to be told that my car was ready. I live over an hour away from the dealership. I told them that I would need to make an appointment to come get my car. No one returned my phone calls to make an appointment to get my car so exactly one week later, on the following Thursday, I was able to send a friend to pick up my car since I could not get off of work. Within a week of having my car back, the AC stopped working. There were AC lines that the dealership replaced for me on the initial repair. I called to make an appointment to have the AC fixed. (It was not broken when I originally took it in. They called to inform me that they discovered dry-rotten lines that they were repairing.) I was called by Steve, who left hostile voicemails, and informed that I needed to find another dealership because they would not be giving me another loaner since it took me so long to return the other one. I said that I had no intention of ever taking another loaner. I simply want my car fixed and expect them to stand behind the repairs made. I was informed that I needed to find another dealership. Today, my car, 2 weeks out of the shop for a nearly $3,000 repair, has a broken AC and NO OIL. When I pop the hood my AC cap is missing. When I checked the dipstick because my car was not driving up to par, it was dry. The oil level does not even register on the dipstick, and the underside of my motor is covered in oil. Clearly, the green check mark off on all fluid levels being filled and no leaks in the vehicle is not accurate. To say I am angry and disappointed is an understatement. I will never recommend this dealership and will never recommend a Fiat. More

I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More

Purchased my first car from Addy's Harbor Dodge in 2010. I am currently waiting on delivery on my fourth car from this Dealership. The sales staff do everything to help. Your spending a lot of money on a car, but the people there go out of the way to help you in every way possible. They give yoy the best deals, best trade in value, great financing, and there service department is absolutely spectacular on every way. I'm the type of man that works hard for his money, I don't want to be taken advantage of and I'm far from trusting. But this dealership goes all out to the customer. I even ran into some uniformed U.S. Marines their, and no one is going to get over on them. I highly recommend this dealership. More
NEW Vehicle Waste of Time, They will promise you the world until you get there and sit in the Chair and all that goes out the window. If you have 3 hrs. and you r Waste of Time, They will promise you the world until you get there and sit in the Chair and all that goes out the window. If you have 3 hrs. and you really do not want a deal then go there they are good for that.. Jonathan Formo was very nice and professional the manager giving the prices was the Joker Lease payment on a 36,000.00 sticker price no discount vehicle for $ 598 dollars a Month. 12,000 miles a year.I was going to turn in my Lease truck a Chey Tahoe that I leased almost 3 years ago that truck was 71,000.00 and the lease was $ 670. a month with 15000 miles a year, so you are telling me that a sticker price of 36000. half of the price of the Tahoe is only 73 dollars cheaper a month. with 3,000 mile less then the one before. Yes I was born at night but xxxx not last night. What a joke. More

What customer service? Based on Addys reaching out to me over social media about a special going on I wanted to give it another try as I was impressed with the followup from Jon the social media contact. Our shopping was based on my wife's desire to trade up to something a bit larger so we started shopping around. I turned the process over to her, and she reached out on a Ford Flex that she liked, and Grady answered the lead. This was on a Monday. She filled out a credit app and provided all the trade in data to Grady, including VIN and all the requested info. It wasn't until Wednesday when Grady reached out to her, stating that the "Honda" was no longer available but he had another for $44K. Obviously, we were taken back by that response as we inquired on a flex that was less than half the price. Grady said he got her mixed up with someone else and asked how much she owed on her trade. She gave him the payoff including the daily compounded interest. This was on Wednesday, and that was the very last we heard from him (Writing this on a Saturday night). You do a great job funneling leads to the dealership over facebook but its a shame the sales staff continue to fall short. More

I financed it for her because my credit was better and she was going to make the payments. On June 29, she suddenly and tragically passed away. Needless to say, my life has been destroyed. She had put less than 200 miles on the car. I took the car back to the dealership hoping they would treat me like a human being and buy it back from me with understandably, some depreciation. When they told me I would lose 7,000 dollars on the deal, I almost fell out of the chair. We only paid 15,700 for it to begin with. So, in other words, the car depreciated 7,000 dollars and 45 percent of its value in 200 miles. These people are looking to profit big from a terrible tragedy. Where is the heart? Where is the soul? I totally understood and expected to lose some, but $7,000 in 200 miles? Really? Think long and hard before dealing with these people. More
