very bad sales people leased a 2019 dodge , turned in a 2015 grand cherokee for the payments the paper said $300.00 for 39 months 0 out of pocket . check to customer for 10 leased a 2019 dodge , turned in a 2015 grand cherokee for the payments the paper said $300.00 for 39 months 0 out of pocket . check to customer for 10.700.00 $1000.00 less , they said because I signed the paper that that was it. Great People to work with from sales through service! Sales works very hard to find the vehicle you need to obtaining financing for you. When you need something at a later time they jump right in and get that for you also. Service department always listens to every detail of the problem then gets it diagnosed and fixed. They keep me updated on the progress and if I need a ride or a loaner they always have that for me as well. Marlaina and Vaughn are great customer service representatives and always make me feel like a valued customer. I have purchased 3 new vehicles from Addy's in the past 6 1/2 years. Will likely go there first when I am ready for the next one! More

Other aspects of the dealership could use some improvement for sure. They replaced a power steering line and it failed soon after.
