I’ve worked for addy’s since 2018. They’re a great employer, and of very few dealerships that won’t sell a vehicle they can’t stand behind. I have taken myVehicles in for service three different I have taken my Vehicles in for service three different times. First time for tire replacement took 4 plus hours to replace one tire. The last time I have taken my Vehicles in for service three different times. First time for tire replacement took 4 plus hours to replace one tire. The last time they took my truck in to diagnose a temperature light coming on it it was not over heating. Two days after dropping It off I called for the status. They told me the person that is assigned to it took two days off. It was as diagnosed with a main computer malfunction notion. They tried to get one off the internet and said it would take several days. Other than one call to me the service rep never called me to keep me informed unless I called first inquiring about the status. I was finally told that the order was cancelled because the company was having trouble getting the computer. After mor than week with no progress I went to the dealership and took my vehicle back and ordered a computer myself and installed it. The employees at Addys’s are very courteous but seem to be overwhelmed and unorganized one person doesn’t seem to know what the other is doing. I will never go there again. More
I have to say this was the most pleasant car shopping I have ever experienced, Grady was my salesman, his customer service was over the top !!!! I couldn't be more happier with another car lot or salesman, I will always be a loyal customer from now on and not only me but anytime my kids are looking for a vehicle that's where I will be sending them ! Jason was sales representative tells you he’s going to do something doesn’t come through. I’m bringing this as high up as possible to the states attorney. Also I first ordered my Durango with them I asked for special business plates they promised them never came through. They overcharged on vehicle too. Jason doesn’t wanna work there anymore I have him on recording stating he wants his own brokerage firm the place there is a joke. I’m very fed up with his bogus lies which never come through. My Durango I first ordered which we had specially picked out they lied to my face told me I would have all options as Jason drops it off no sunroof oh well we can refer you to someone who can add it. They went lazy route to get a closer vehicle and didn’t make sure all options matched up. Make sure to post all reviews on google too and Yelp to help others from being scammed too. The sales managers up the interest rates too. They put together a non completed paper deal had me sign stating can’t get deposit back it doesn’t say It can’t be used at dealership which only place can be trusted is service sales managers and finance department is terrible I feel bad for everyone who is taken advantage of. If your one who enjoyed your experience trust me go to another dealership and they will beat the price and you will have better experience with them. More

All about a sale and learning from the horrible front desk staff who are rude and aren’t like a real dealership who would know when your score is a set level to go to specific banks and build relationships with bankers who approve loans for people like other dealerships do. The General manager had to help out and overcome road blocks the sales manager or sales managers and counter guys all need improvements on and better attitude towards customers. Jason could use better improvement by when he has a match on a located vehicle that when he tells his customers a made up story saying one vehicle was sold when it wasn’t at the time they wanted sale done right then and there and all these extra promises the dealership never came through with too which is sad. I’ve worked with the GM in this case. I haven’t wrote reviews about issues in service which I were resolved and had few little issues here and there which we worked out. Everyone needs to know not to be forced to sign a deal of which they would call it when not even getting full documentation and documentation isn’t a legally binding agreement since it doesn’t show a purchase price either or date or purchase finance terms any we owe forms and a copy of a deal agreement. They will try to take your money if you feel they did reach out too a attorney locally or message me I’ll refer you to the best one for a case like this. Everyone needs to know about the issues and bad experiences people have had they tried offering a payday as in couple free oil changes to give them 5 stars which I have the text messages from service department too. That’s probably only reason they have ratings that show as good. More

CJ Myers (Gen Manager) offered me 10k less than their website quoted me. Furthermore, he laughed and said "go somewhere else then" when confronted. He was very condescending and treated me as if I were ignorant. I stood my ground and after an hour of confrontation we agreed to pay 5K more than I had planned since I drove all that way. Just wanted to be done and leave with the vehicle I came for. To top it off, went out to do the final inspection after it was detailed and noticed that the left side of the vehicle had all the chrome upgrades around the windows and door (standard on the Limited) but the right side had the generic black trim. So much for quality control and checking you vehicles. The service manager said he would get the trim ordered and send it to my local dealer for install since I live so far away. I'm waiting to see if that actually happens...doubtful, but will keep elevating to corporate if needed. As far as the salesman, Zach Phipps was great and actually appeared embarrassed about the offer and the disrespect shown by his manager. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! ADDYS HARBOUR IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP I’VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY OVER 30 YEARS OF BUYING VEHICLES. I purchased a 2018 ram 1500 on April 12, 2021. The next day on April 13, 2021 on my way I’VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY OVER 30 YEARS OF BUYING VEHICLES. I purchased a 2018 ram 1500 on April 12, 2021. The next day on April 13, 2021 on my way to work I noticed the battery gauge was going back-and-forth rapidly. I called the service department and was scheduled for Saturday, April 17. They kept the truck all day said I couldn’t drive it because I could’ve caught on fire. I said I needed a vehicle to drive the work they didn’t have a vehicle so the rig something up and said that should be fine until the part came in so I took my truck to work on Monday then on Tuesday April 20, 2021 I dropped my truck back off to the service department so they can fix the issue. They’ve had my truck ever since. Today is June 5, 2021 and I still do not have my truck repaired and it is still sitting at Addys Harbour Dodge. I’ve had to call them numerous times before they call me back and then when they tell me they’re gonna call me back by the end of the day or at the latest the next afternoon I give them the whole next day and then I’ll call him the following day and then I got a leave a message after message before anybody wants to call me back. They said they’ve ordered a speedometer cluster because they believe that’s what the issue is however they’ve ordered three different speedometer clusters and all three of them were damaged in shipping. I’ve also touch base with them about not receiving my registration in the mail as of yet. I just transferred my tags when I bought the vehicle and I still haven’t received the registration in the mailI finally got a hold of somebody in that office for Addys Harbour and they’re saying that the bank that had the loan on the truck when it was traded in still hasn’t sent them the title and it’s been more than 45 days and they still haven’t gotten a title and I still haven’t got my registration for the truck. The general manager hasn’t been any kind of help. In my 30 plus years of shopping and buying Vehicle's and Addys harbor is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I would recommend people to stay away from shopping at Addys Harbour the experience was terrible. The customer service isn’t that great and they don’t call you back when they say they will, they won’t return your phone calls unless you leave several voicemails. More
