The absolute worst Service Shop in Las Vegas. Their most experienced service advisor, Dylan is very incompetent and doesn't understand customer service. Brought truck in for steering column suspension noise and metal to metal. 4 visits. Cant even off road the truck due to metal contact. They confirmed the noise and told me after keeping truck 7 days they hear he noise, but is normal wear and charged me a 200 diagnostic fee. So, here l am 7 visits later out of pocket for diagnostic fee for mechanical issue they could not fix. Took truck to a Real Shop and they immediately found the issue and are working with my extended warranty company to repair. More

Clifton was phenomenal. He was easy-going, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He made the process as easy and stress-free for me as he could. He wasn’t pushy and he let me lead the entire process. He gave me time to make the best decision for me. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car. I am so thankful to have had him helping me start this new chapter. The finance manager I had, Jaime, was also fantastic and he made the process quick and seamless. I couldn’t be happier with the car they got me into! More
I have confidence in Chevrolet service and have used them since purchasing my vehicle. However, it seems customer service can be improved. One, I requested to be notified as soon as my vehicle was ready, sin since purchasing my vehicle. However, it seems customer service can be improved. One, I requested to be notified as soon as my vehicle was ready, since I had an appointment, of which they failed, I contacted to find work order was completed, and only on arrival do I get a call from service. Second, service prices have increased, which customer has to bear, however to be charged a service fee to use a credit card for payment is absurd. Who in this day walks in with cash. Not to mention being charged for shop incidentals needed to perform service techs job. I asked for a copy or work performed, only to be advised a copy would be text to me, of which has not happened as yet. So paid a bill for services rendered, however do not know outcome of shop details in service of car. More

Tried to discuss matter on the phone from work it was basically a no warranty on car and don’t call me again on this. Come see me. Pretty hard to do that if the car is in your shop and I’m at work. No courtesy at all or respect for the customer. He started a long discussion about techs in back making more money than a warranty job. Blah blah blah. Came in paid my bill and will never dawn their door.again. Short note another Chev dealer in town fully covered my suv under warranty with another problem. I asked if Team Chev work should have been covered under warranty and they answered yes. I’m trying GM Customer Service now to settle the dispute More

There are not enough words to express the gratitude that I have for the dealership and their decision to surround themselves with some of the most extraordinary people doing what they do. I went for a car services, nobody help me , I wait mote then. 30 minutes, I ask Customer was sitting wating, whos the person works there, even he wants no, I went to ask. Oentje guys told he cant help.me because he was on lunch. I went ask samebodyelse. He was nasty and useless. I told him I need oil change he says I have to leave my car and.came back at 6 pm. Ot wait there intill 6pm. When they have a chanse to do the oil change. 3 employes where on the phone and anyone help me at all. Im very desapointment, for the services they do on the oil change. I bought my car 3 months ago. I going never to cameback againg. In so.sad for the terrible services. More

As we were signing the paperwork, he was whipping it away from us at an alarming rate and talking to us like we were 3-year-olds. Needless to say, the entire experience has left us certain we will never go to a dealership again. More

After trying to purchase a car out state with another dealer, who did a bait and switch, and sold the car to another person, Daniel did not have an easy sell. Throughout the whole process he made me feel comfortable and ensured me there wouldn’t be any of those type of selling techniques. Over the phone I told him I wanted to purchase the car and they immediately pulled it off the lot until we agreed on terms. Everyone at the dealership was personable and nice. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone local or buying a car out of state. Ask for Daniel Lee!!!!!!!!! More
