Was happy to see that Maverick has joined your team. I met him originally when I had a Nissan and he was very professional then and is the same now at Team Chevrolet. Kept me informed about time and the completion of my vehicle's service. I have been very happy with the purchase and service of my 2025 TRAX.
Had issues with the service manager. He was told about my situation and then straight out lied, he knew nothing about what was going on. Two weeks they had my vehicle, because they didn’t fix the first time correctly. They like to pretend they care, but blow you off. I wonder if the owner of dealer knows this is being practiced at his place.
The waiting room is nice, I miss the chocolate chip cookies 🍪 that they used to have in the morning
