Your Service Department Employee has got to be the absolute rudest and severly lacks Customer Service skills. Bought a key and key fob there recently. Could not get it programmed ourselves. After spending $189.30 for both items, I would have thought that Department would have programmed it free. No, he didn't feel like doing it the day we bought it. We were expected to make another 120 mile round trip the next day and have to pay another $72.00 to program the key fob. And we would have to schedule a time for the next day. After discussing it some, my husband said to go ahead and schedule it tomorrow then. The Service Department Employee then told my husband that now he no longer wanted to schedule that appointment anymore. I did finally get the key programmed myself. Key fob was for a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado. We can not program the darn thing ourselves. So we are stuck with a useless key fob and very disappointed in the way you do Business. We are considering filing a complaint against your Business with the Better Business Bureau and through Chevrolet Headquarters. Absolutely no way to treat any Customer!!!! debplanansky@gmail.com
