I would never recommend or return to team to buy another car or get service done on a car or truck there again. I bought a used car there in Dec of 2012 and was told I would receive a coupon for a free oil car or get service done on a car or truck there again. I bought a used car there in Dec of 2012 and was told I would receive a coupon for a free oil change, It has been 6 months and still no coupon. I have had family go there for service since then and they have had nothing but problems with team. Charging for work but never doing it or doing it wrong so the truck breaks down 300 miles later, My father in-law took his Toyota truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and the drivers side tire fell off the truck 3 miles down the road and in return did $20,000 in damage to the truck. Run don't walk away from Team. More

I had contact with Amanda before my visit and gave her the specifications I wanted in a new pickup and she had a unit inside for me to look at. The Ford vehicle I was origninally looking at purchasing had a higher sticker price with the same trade-in difference. I chose the Toyota because of their better customer ratings. More
