You service department needs techs with more qualifications You service dept. is rude disrespectful and need more attention as for there attitude towards rhe customers. Yours techs there dont have enough qualifications and are messing around not taking there job seriously. And as for the service manager well he is professional about his job title either. There's to much joking around and not paying attention to the customers vehicles. I had to be calling onstar to get diagnostic reports because ther couldn't find anything wrong with my truck. I mean I got stranded when the truck just turned off and said engine power low then I get an email saying that engine needs immediate response attention. And they tell me there's nothing wrong with it. Really they need more qualified techs and customer service personnel that are more respectful and not raise their voice. Now all I have to say is I will not go to Alice Chevrolet again More
