Great experience getting my car running Nelda was awesome and took care of everything for me. My only comment was the service tech didn’t seem to be aware that my car could be started with Nelda was awesome and took care of everything for me. My only comment was the service tech didn’t seem to be aware that my car could be started with the key and said I would have to get it towed in because the key fob wasn’t working. If I hadn’t known from previous experience I would have incurred an unnecessary tow charge, as it was everything turned out ok More

Oil change time estimate was 1 hr but ended up be 2.5. I asked to review claim that was under warranty, when addressed, she did not check until asked again. Brandon Salazar did an amazing job at showing me different models of trucks and then finally helping me come to a decision to purchase a used GMC Denali. His confidence and knowledge in vehicles guided me to making the right decision with my vehicle.
