not any good in the mechanic department my car has had the same problems. It has been fixed twice and still have the same thing going on. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE My 2014 GMC 2500 4X4 had problems so I took it them and all issues were solved within a couple of days. Plus I was given a vehicle to drive. Not Happy The service department was great but when I bought my vehicle I was promised if I got the extended warranty that I wouldn't have to pay for repairs (b The service department was great but when I bought my vehicle I was promised if I got the extended warranty that I wouldn't have to pay for repairs (but apparently nothing is ever covered). I do not like to be lied to so this is very upsetting to me. I left without the repair needed. If the dealership lies to customers about what to expect after they purchase the vehicle my opinion they are not a good place to purchase a vehicle. Everyone was nice and friendly in the service department but that doesn't help get my vehicle fixed. (Nelda was very pleasant to me) I have been lied to over and over and over again. Sorry because I normally don't give negative reviews (if I can't say something nice don't say anything is my normal rule) but I feel this is very deceitful. Thank you for your time.
