Poor Service Department Went for a oil change on 06/24/2019. When I got home I popped my hood to check work, and noticed my Air filter was missing. Door motor I had appointment on Monday at 8:00 in the morning to get the door lock motor fixed. I waited for 3 hours and was told that it was fixed. I paid the d I had appointment on Monday at 8:00 in the morning to get the door lock motor fixed. I waited for 3 hours and was told that it was fixed. I paid the diagnostic bill of $159 plus tax. I left the premises and went to Walmart. We left our iPads in the car not knowing that the door WAS NOT fixed. I went right back to Alice Chevrolet and was told to come back the next day bc part had to be ordered. I went back and they replaced the motor but was charge $359 plus tax. When I had called the week before I was told that if they had to fix it I would NOT be charged the diagnostic charge. I was told different when paid for the second time. It was not my fault that your sorry mechanic didn’t fix it the first time but you all still charged for both things which I think that was uncalled for. My suggestion to our business is to keep your customers happy is..... 1. Always have at least part available at all times. 2. Stop over charging your customers ( especially when it was the mechanic FAULT!!) More
