From start to finish it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership/service center. Our explorer had major engine problems and they took it in right away to check things out. After finding severe damage internally the service team didn’t hesitate getting to work and even went out of their way to set my family up with a loaner vehicle. Ford contacted us with every move and updated us frequently. Even though it was a big job after parts arrived the service team had our Explorer back up in running in a couple days! Taylor Ford and Mike in service made us feel like family. We will be calling Taylor Ford in Manteno our home for years to come! More
