Everyone was pleasant and not pushy. Even when a problem came up they very accommodating. The finance part was a little awkward me. It is handled different than I'm used to also I was not offered the Ford flex plan at zero percent. Not sure why. Dealership was very clean and approachable. Overall. Good experience. Everything was done as promised. I wished they knew I was suppose to be there, I scheduled a rental car due to warranty work. They didn't know anything about it.
