Avoid at all cost I purchased a luxury vehicle cash from this dealership. I was told by Nick Boustead (I specifically brought up this issue with Nick) that a TPMS sens I purchased a luxury vehicle cash from this dealership. I was told by Nick Boustead (I specifically brought up this issue with Nick) that a TPMS sensor was bad and a cheap fix so I went along with it, because I was purchasing a pair of new wheels anyhow. Once a new pair of wheels were put on the TPMS light did not go out. Turns out it is a module and antenna that is a $800-$1000 fix. On top of that the rack and pinion on this car was bad so it cost me another $1000 and also brakes were bad. All of this occurred in the first couple weeks of me purchasing my vehicle. The dealership refused to fix the TPMS system as they lied to me about. Wanting to charge me to fix the things that should of been fixed and make money off of me on top of it. Poor customer service and sells cars that are junk. Would never do business with such a shady and unmoral business again. I have around the car business for years and buy cars on a regular. This was the worst experience and they shouldnt be allowed to sell cars. More

Horrible experience! I purchased this vehicle from Nick over at the Taverna Collection. I had a a Prepurchase inspection done before we went through with the deal. The ins I purchased this vehicle from Nick over at the Taverna Collection. I had a a Prepurchase inspection done before we went through with the deal. The inspection guys said that the car was really dirty when they inspected it. After inspection was completeled they sent me a report. I asked that the dealership fix the issues that the report had. Nick assured me that everything we talked about was fixed. Which for the most part is was. I had the car transported in an enclosed transport trailer. When I received the vehicle I was extremely disappointed. The interior looked like it was cleaned up but when the transport guy pulled it out I could tell right away that the car hadn't been washed in months! I got a detailer out to detail the car and that is when all these issues came to light that weren't visible before due to it being so dirty! I have now spent over $2000 repairing all these issues! I did call and speak with Nick and he informed me that the vehicle is sold and it is no longer their problem.... Absolutely insane! I don't usually leave bad reviews. But please people make sure to see vehicles in person! More
