I purchased a masarti ghibli November 11 but it wasn't delivered till 6 days later. Within 5 day of having the car I noticed broken parts in the car. I have call and email nick about this issue and my complaints have been ignored. I took the car to the masarti dealership and I'm hit with 30k worth of engine issue with the car. I have only drove the car 5 time and notices things was wrong but no one at taverna dealer have help with this issue. I'm planning on stop paying the car and returning it or sue for my money back. I recently bought a car from Bryan. It came with no trunk cover. I was hesitant to do the deal without it, but he assured me that he would get me one the week after purchase. Then said he was ordering one and never did. Ultimately, he ignored all messages and calls. Please stay away from him if you want to have a good car buying experience. He is untrustworthy and a liar. Purchased a 2018 Lexus LC 500 back in September 2021 —initial transaction was very smooth. However, the dealership’s transport company damaged the car while backing it off the transport trailer. I contacted Nick the GM at Taverna about how he wanted to handle —Nick took zero responsibility and instead suggested I contact the transport company that TAVERNA hired. To this date, it has not been resolved and I had to pay another $614 in repair bills. Numerous phone calls and emails were simply ignored. Things happen but the response or lack thereof says a lot about the character of the company. On top of all of this, the dealer did not process the tags and registration until late November which delayed me receiving tags for over 2 months.. Buyer beware More

The whole experience was great. Arturo helped me find the exact car I wanted and dealt with the whole process for me. All I had to do was pick the car- and drive it!
