When the car was ready they handed the keys, said you are good and when asked for a receipt of work said it’s not ready and if I see anything will let you know. Not something I would expect More

Thank you for my ticket, but how did you charge my account when we did not leave a credit card and this was supposed to be a free oil change, The receipt shows a card in my name on a visa with ending numbers of 8218 and I do not have a credit card with that number. So would like and explanation. Sincerely Doug Sheley

Only the second visit but it’s ok when the car was ready never got the paperwork of what they did and if anything that may need repaired. So service has t gotten any better More
