Joe is by far one of the most pleasant sales personnel I have ever dealt with. I strongly reccomend you ask for him. The finance individual was very pleasant and really wanted to get my son in his first vehicle. To the manager: My only unpleasant experience on this trip was a comment I overheard from an indivual I perceived as the floor manager giving the salesman some grief on why he just found out the vehicle being traded in was on the lot the entire time and not looked over earlier by the dealership. I intentionally keep the trade in vehicle out of any price negotiating until a price has been finalized on the purchase vehicle. It was not the salesman fault. More

Joe Holden is an excellent salesman. I don't think the word salesman really serves him justice. His customer service skills were above and beyond. I loved that, while I had to wait for the loan approval, word salesman really serves him justice. His customer service skills were above and beyond. I loved that, while I had to wait for the loan approval, that he didn't just leave me sit staring out the window. He kept the conversation going and made me feel at home. Your scores only went up to a great. But truthfully, for this gentleman, they should have went to super excellent. I would recommend anyone to your car dealership and to ask for Joe. My husband and I were ready to get a new vehicle for our family and, after shopping around online, decided we were interested in getting a new Dodge Durango R/T. We found that there were some at Tate Dodge family and, after shopping around online, decided we were interested in getting a new Dodge Durango R/T. We found that there were some at Tate Dodge that had most or all of the features we wanted. We drove to the dealership and met Kyle Miner, one of the employees, who immediately started answering our questions and showing us the vehicles. The following weekend we met with Kyle again and took a test-drive. We ended up trading in our old vehicle and purchased the 2012 Durango R/T that same day. Kyle and Ken, another employee, worked to get us the best price possible on our trade-in. Ralph Scott, in the financial department, helped get us the best rate for financing the new ride. We couldn't be happier with our purchase, or the service by the awesome staff at Tate Dodge. Kyle Miner was a great guy to work with; and if any of our friends or family in the area are ever in the market for a new vehicle, we won't hesitate to recommend Kyle to them! More
