Allow me to start by saying the sales dept was fine minus I couldn't even get a full tank of gas when I bought my 2011 Challenger. The very next day I drove the car to work only to find out I had no heat in I couldn't even get a full tank of gas when I bought my 2011 Challenger. The very next day I drove the car to work only to find out I had no heat in the car. I took it back to the dealer only to have to leave it there for almost 2 weeks. I did finally get it back and it was fine. Recently I had to bring it back due to a brake vibration, the service dept said it was a tire out of balance, i took the car to work that night only to find out I still had the problem. A couple of weeks later I took it back again for the brakes again and an oil change, they finally fixed the break problm which was a warped roter. I picked my car up a day later only to find 2 dents 1 with a large chip of paint missing on the drivers side door. I spoke with the service manager who told me to bring it to his body shop, I did they said it would be $400.00 to fix the dents and repaint the door. I called the dealer back to see what they were going to do only to find out the service manager was on vacation and I would have to wait until he returned before I could get an answer. I recived a call about a week later and his response was i'll go half on the repair because we are not responsible for lot damage. I purposely park my car in left field in parking lots to avoid such dents, how can a dealer not be responsible for something that happened in their fenced in lot. More
Mr. Giddens was very professional, kept us well informed threw out the process. He listened to our needs and helped us to find a great Mini Van that we absolutely love! Just an update from our previous post. After having an issue with a finance deal at Tate, everything was corrected and I am definitely wanting to give Tate a 100% satisfaction. Everything was great from start to finish and one last thing...Ron and Natalie actually took the time to talk to my son. He is 16 and the Challenger was for him. But, of course I had to buy it. But what really impressed me is that Ron and Natalie (in finance) went out of their way to include Austin. Something I am not sure any other dealership would do. I rated the quality of work bad due to the following. I purchased a used 2012 Nissan Rogue on 08/18/12. My salesman was great. My car was not washed because it was just "detailed 2 days prior." After leaving the dealership, my daughter tried to put down her passenger side window. It would not go down. Mine stuck but went down. I called Carl immediately explaining the problem. He talked with his supervisor who stated their must be a problem with the electric (not looking at it). I could take it to any Nissan dealership and it would be covered under warranty. I live in Easton so I took it to the Preston Auto Complex. I was told the problem was extra tint had been installed to the windows which had to be removed prior to passing inspection. The adhesive was not cleaned off after removing the tint and was causing the windows to stick. They were going to charge me between $100-150 to remove it and it would not be covered under warranty. I find this irritating that the car was "detailed" but obviously done very poorly. I had also found a gatorade bottle still half full under the seat when I cleaned the car myself. I paid $23,900 for this car and had to take care of cleaning it myself! I do love the car and am glad I got it. More

I arrived at the dealership with no intention of leaving with a new vehicle! I consider myself not an easy person when it comes to pricing, but dealing with Ron Channell was a quick, easy and effortless tas with a new vehicle! I must say he was very customer oriented and after the intiation of Chrysler rebates plus my trade in , the price was sweet! I think this was the easiest car transaction I had in many years, due to the efficiency of Ron and the staff at the Chrysler dealership. I would recommend any of my family and friends knowing they would receive the service that was projected to me. More
