In response to the reviewers concerns let me start with an apology.It is not our intention for one of our customers to have anything less than a positive experience. That being said the details of this experience are as follows. When the vehicle was dropped off for service on 11/30/2011 it had a failed AC/Heat component.The part that was necessary to repair was placed on a special order but unfortunately was back ordered from the manufacturer. We recieved the part 12 days later and reacted immediately and repaired the vehicle. The vehicle was returned to the customer that same day. The customer was provided with substitute transportation during this entire event. This was done in an effort to minimize customer inconvienience. With regard to the vibration mentioned by the reviewer , the repair order read "vibration At highway speeds" with no mention of brake vibration. The Technician reacted to the concern on the repair order and balanced the tires. On the subsequent visit the brake vibration was made clear and we reacted by replacing the two front brake rotors and corrected the problem. The vehicle had 13467 miles on the odometer which is typically a "out of warranty" situation. Brake related issues are only warranted for 12000 miles. We did not dispute or make mention of this. We satisfied the customers concerns at $0 cost. The customer approached our service manager and reported a dent on the drivers door. They went to the vehicle and the service manager noticed "2" additional dents,one of which the customer acknowledged was there previously. With no evidence that the damage was done on our lot and in the interest of customer satisfaction,we offered to pay 50% of the repairs including the dent the customer acknowledged. We believe based on the facts listed above that we acted in good faith on the information and resources available to us.
