There it was, sitting on the lot of Tate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Judy was very professional, courteous and friendly. She did not try to force us to make a purchase, but was very patient with us understanding what our financial needs were and what we could afford to pay. We test drove the vehicle and was very pleased with it. Judy did an excellent job! We purchased the vehicle but was not pressured to do so. I would recommend Tate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and Judy Longobardo as a great sales representative. More
From the initial contact to his offer to drive the vehicle to my wife for a test drive, I was thoroughly impressed with Joe Holden before I even met him. When my wife then met him in person, she felt immediately at ease. She had recently had a horrible experience with another dealership, and was not looking forward to the car buying experience. However, Joe's laid back, no pressure approach and outstanding customer service was the complete opposite experience (and exactly the type of experience) that she was looking for!!! Joe took the time to clearly explain the details of the car's history, the warranty coverage, and the pricing so that my wife felt comfortable with her purchase. He also continued to chat with my wife and answer questions while the financing portion was completed. Both Joe and the finance manager stayed after hours to finish the deal, with no sense of "rush." He helped me move items from my old trade-in car into the new car. He also offered to wait in the parking lot (after the dealership had closed down) to make sure the family ( including our 1 year old) was safely in our new car ready to head home. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a pressure-free, pleasant car buying experience. And on top of Joe - what a gorgeous car!!! Pristine condition, looks brand new, and the price of the car (and given for trade-in) was exceptionally fair!!! We were planning on looking at several other cars, but had no reason to go anywhere else!!! More
I was looking for a used truck under 20k at 4 different dealerships. I stop by Tate on my way to JBA and run into a salesman on the parking lot. Turns out it was a little bit more, but I now have a new truck not used and a long warranty. I gotta lot of truck for the money. The salesman on the parking lot that day was Ed Berry. I notice he had many Awards on his wall that day and after dealing with Ed I see why he has them. More
I would recommend this dealership because they were very friendly and Carl helped my family and I get the car we wanted at the right price. He also came in on his day off to make sure we had our car detailed and repaired anything that we needed fixing. He was friendly and kind. He also treated us with respect, but had a great sense of humor to allow us to enjoy the car buying process. He was a great car salesmen. First, let me just say that buying a car--on my only lunch break...would typically be considered a myth. He didn't try to sell me on another model that wouldn't function to my needs or the needs of my family. HE understood my budget and worked fairly with me to get that figure near the mark. He only went over by $458...not bad for the deal he gave me. I was in an out of the dealership within 2 hours--new (gently used) minivan, and traded in the old minivan. Transaction was fast, fair, and highly efficient. Probably the BEST salesman I've ever met. MY husband and I have owned (collectively) 8 vehicles and never was buying one of them a painless experience. I was back to work precisely when David said I would be....that's quite some talent. Have to give a shout out to the service guy who recommended that I go in and talk with him in the first place. While I'm not a fan of Chrysler, David has made me a fan of Tate Chrysler...and that's no small feat. From the outset, Ron Channell, at Tate, was the "cream of the crop". As we negotiated, he was always prompt, polite, friendly, honest and helpful. Most importantly, Tate Dodge was the best deal for me. We negotiated all the price and trade-in terms, by email and telephone, and when I went to get my new truck, everything was 110% as agreed. This was my first purchase from Tate Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep-Ram, and Ron Channell and John Erbe; but, it won't be the last. More

Through the phone, Carl and I were able to discuss my concerns and what I was looking for in a vehicle so that when I actually could get to the dealership, I was able to check it out, test drive it, and take it off the lot in a very reasonable time. It was a lot better of a car buying experience than when I bought my father a vehicle and I highly recommend Carl Wieslander for anyone who's looking to purchase a reliable used vehicle and would like to speak to a straight-forward sales associate.
