I walked into the showroom on Saturday to look at replacement cars. I had my 2009 Dodge Journey towed to the service department and I wanted to look at replacement vehicles. On Monday, I received the call about my Journey needing it's AWD replaced for the 2nd time in 6 months, and I knew I had to make the switch. People question why I went back to Dodge, but I enjoyed my Journey before it broke, and my family has had several Grand Caravans over the years. In addition, I knew I was taken care of at the dealership immediately. David (as well as everyone there) has answered all of my questions and have been available through phone or even cell phone. David even helped me clean out the Journey to ensure I got everything out. I appreciate the fact that he went the extra mile. More

My husband and I walked into Tate just to see what they had available in Dodge Rams. When we met Joe he impressed us immediately because he made it clear he would do everything he could to put us in a truck that day. He was not pushy in any way. He was very laid back and relaxed, which put us at ease. He was extremely likeable and very friendly and down to earth. He did not promise us anything he wasn't sure he could deliver. He was very honest and clear about what he could and could not do. Joe and my husband really hit it off and he actually had a good time going through the process of buying this truck.
