I wanted to express my extreme gratitude to Kevin in the service department. Unfortunately I bought my 2007 Dodge Charger from Bob Bell Ford along with an extended service plan. Not even 6 months after owning the vehicle it started having major engine and computer problems. Bob Bells Service department gave me nothing but excuses, extreme grief and headaches!! They had every excuse in the book and tried charging me an absurd amount of money for something that was not even the issue with my car! If it had not been for Kevin and his phenomenal service I would have spent a ridiculous amount of money to not fix the real problem with the vehicle and this was at Christmas time to say the least! My car is in the shop for repairs again and I trust Kevin as he is always honest with me and my husband and does his very best to help us with the issues with my car. I am grateful that Tate has such exceptional staff who are competent and caring about everyone who comes into the dealership. We will defiantly be buying our next vehicle from Tate Dodge. Once the selection was made I was directed to 'Jet' in financing that worked hard to get me a great deal. I returned the next day to pick the car up. Mr. Fitzgerald was off that day, but Mr. Miner had been previously informed that I would be coming to pick up the car. Sarah Johnson is an excellent salesperson. After a lot if researching we had a good idea of the vans we wanted to look at. After describing what we wanted Sarah quickly took us to a van and starting from one researching we had a good idea of the vans we wanted to look at.
