Jose is by the worst salesman at this dealership. Pushy, controlling (tried to be) and very unprofessional. I had written an exceptional review because I was so happy with the great customer service I had purchasing my vehicle. However, I felt like an update needed to happen because I am so disappointed. I thought that the great customer service would extend beyond the purchase but it did not. My A/C went out 60 days after my purchase. I have contacted 3 different people for over a week now trying to see if it’s covered or not and no one will get back to me! I either get the run around (everyone has to talk to someone else) or they just flat out ignore me! I can live without an A/C but when my 20 month old daughter is dripping sweat in her car seat, it’s a different story. I purchased the vehicle used and it wouldn’t upset me if it was not covered, just the fact I spent an extra week trying to find out if it was or not and the people here flat out ignoring me. More
