1967 vitnam veteran I have my own plate they sent me reg plate they don't call back
Very very helpful. Nicki was great she did her very best and then some to help us find the vehicle that we needed.
Jose is by the worst salesman at this dealership. Pushy, controlling (tried to be) and very unprofessional. He will lie and tell you "Oh yeah we can get you in that car" then you get down there and it's "Well we can't put you in that one let me show you this one" it's usually a trade or one they need to get rid of so guess who gets the deal of the day, you. They fight with you on warranty, I would literally ride a bicycle before going back to this dealership. One star was way to many by the way.
Very bad experience, the worse that could’ve happened. Had to wait from July 9th until July 23rd to get my car because it needed parts and was told until after signing and leaving a down payment then was notified that the key was lost and on top of that had bad customer service, would give attitude just for asking for updates on the car.
I had written an exceptional review because I was so happy with the great customer service I had purchasing my vehicle. However, I felt like an update needed to happen because I am so disappointed. I thought that the great customer service would extend beyond the purchase but it did not. My A/C went out 60 days after my purchase. I have contacted 3 different people for over a week now trying to see if it’s covered or not and no one will get back to me! I either get the run around (everyone has to talk to someone else) or they just flat out ignore me! I can live without an A/C but when my 20 month old daughter is dripping sweat in her car seat, it’s a different story. I purchased the vehicle used and it wouldn’t upset me if it was not covered, just the fact I spent an extra week trying to find out if it was or not and the people here flat out ignoring me.
Easy, no pressure, and easy to work with... one of the best experiences buying/trading a car... Jason Dunn was an excellent salesman and Aaron was an easy to talk to manager who made things work... Tate Branch did it right by having these two... Love my truck
