Shane was recommened from a family friend and was awesome. I told him what i was looking for my my next lease. He found the exact car I wanted and had it ready when I came down. The dealership is very clean and well maintained. The price was right in my range and everyone involved in the processes was very helpful and all super nice. I would recommend Tasca Nissan to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a Nissan! Great experience and I will definitely be doing buisness with them in the future! More

Shocked by my Experience Left my 2014 Nissan Altima 3.5 to repair the Bluetooth which is inoperative when the AC is on and to repair a defective speaker in the Bose sound syte Left my 2014 Nissan Altima 3.5 to repair the Bluetooth which is inoperative when the AC is on and to repair a defective speaker in the Bose sound sytem. Neither was fixed and we were told to turn the AC off when we used the phone. The speaker was supposed to be changed and it indicated on the invoice that it had been done but this was not true.The service rep Christina is an awful liar. What has happened to Tasca? More

Greatest car buying experience. This dealership is one of a kind. Everyone who we dealt with really cared and was super friendly and helpful. The environment was extremely laid back and stress free. Not a single person was pushy at all. The price was perfect. Jon the sales guy was extremely helpful, caring, straight forward, and funny too! Him and the very nice lady in the office stayed late an hour and a half past closing just being extremely helpful. Jon was even willing to drive our new car to our house and he jogged back to the dealership. If that's not commitment and excellent quality service I dunno what is. I now know why so many people say they only buy their vehicles from Tasca. There's no bullcrap and everyone is very helpful and friendly. -A very satisfied coustmer More

Poor service for the price Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Took almost 2 hours. Car sat on hoist for over an hour untouched until I went to service rep Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Took almost 2 hours. Car sat on hoist for over an hour untouched until I went to service rep and complained. I explained when one makes an appointment and pays a premium for a service you can pay a lot less for and get done in 20 minutes elsewhere one expects much better service and shouldn't have to complain about it taking too long to get it done. I was told the service manager would be calling me. That they were trying to get their "new " service department together. Tasca took over an existing service department that was superb. It shouldn't be new and shouldn't have any bugs to work out so I don't know what the issue was. The service manager never called me back. They never offered any compensation for my waste of time or dissatisfaction. Even when I said I was completely unhappy with their service and this was not the first time since they've changed from East Prov Nissan to Tasca.. And the fact that I was told the service manager would call and she never did was even more disappointing and proof that they really are not concerned with customer satisfaction and their motto of "you will be satisfied" is just that a motto and means NOTHING. I am NOT satisfied. And after 15 years of going to that location for service may never go back and may not buy another Nissan after owing a Nissan product for 20 years. Thanks Tasca Nissan. More
