I came for a repair - they needed to order a part - I came back, and they said they ordered the wrong part - I was never called to say that the correct part was in, and my email and phone message request came back, and they said they ordered the wrong part - I was never called to say that the correct part was in, and my email and phone message requests for an update were not answered - I made an appointment and through that process, I found that the part was in. My 8 AM appointment ended at about 11. So far, so good. I really like the car but this service experience was awful! More

Took my telluride in because my stop and start system is not working properly and also my was having a problem with my safety system they give me the car back tell me there’s no issues with the safety syste not working properly and also my was having a problem with my safety system they give me the car back tell me there’s no issues with the safety system and they have to open a tech line case with kia for my start and stop system give me the car back to take home until kia approves the repair long story short never heard back went to Florida with the car almost had an accident due to the safety failing and causing to come to a complete stop on the highway called Kia customer service they told me that northeast Kia closed the case because I took the car they told me to take I will never service my Kia at your place again More
