I really wish my safety was considered before being encouraged to purchase this vehicle. I drive my children around in this car, one of which has a disability. I have only had this vehicle for barely 6 encouraged to purchase this vehicle. I drive my children around in this car, one of which has a disability. I have only had this vehicle for barely 6 months and all of my issues concerning this vehicle were not acknowledged or addressed until I am now in a position of needing close to $4k to make my car safe. I'm disappointed, hurt, and frustrated that because my concerns were not acknowledged or addressed promptly I'm currently in possession of a vehicle that isn't safe. More

Brought our new Kia Stinger for its first servicing. Ashley noted that the rear wheels for this model is wider than the front wheels and that the wheel rebalancing cannot be performed, so he arranged fo Ashley noted that the rear wheels for this model is wider than the front wheels and that the wheel rebalancing cannot be performed, so he arranged for the cost of the rebalancing to be deducted from the servicing charge. As I was getting ready to drive off, I saw the alert indicator was on. After driving 10 minutes away, the dashboard indicated the tire pressure for the rear right wheel was low, so I drove it back to Tasca Kia. Ashley personally checked the wheel, reinflated it, and found no puncture or leak. He reset the indicators and mentioned that sometimes in cold weather, one or more wheels can lose pressure. I'm glad he was able to address this right away so that I can drive back home with peace of mind. Thank you, Ashley! More
