Disrespectful Manager Richard Miller I came in to see a Subaru that I saw on the website one day in the evening as I was browsing for cars. The salesperson was nice and let me take it for I came in to see a Subaru that I saw on the website one day in the evening as I was browsing for cars. The salesperson was nice and let me take it for a quick test drive and so I put down a deposit. I come back two days later so my girlfriend can test drive it and Reggie is not there so we sit with Tony. Overall there are a lot of scratches that I didn't see on my first visit. So we ask to bring down the price a little more in light of these scratches. At this point Richard comes blaring out and tries to bully us into buying the car by saying "give me your card and I'll refund the money right now. I'm not here to play games so take the car as it is right now or give me your card." This is NOT how you treat customers if you're trying to sell cars for a living. You could say unfortunately we already brought it down so we can't do anymore, in a more professional manner. But this Richard Miller chose to be completely disrepectful, I guess since there was no one else in the dealership to witness this. Disgusting customer service. More
