Great service when buying, very horrible after, don't bother Kia Northeast does not follow up with their customers. I have been making calls for 5 weeks and no one calls back. I am owed as per our contract a second key for my car which I brought in 2018 and am still waiting for my second key. I have left messages with Nick and James there and no response. In addition, I have referred several people to this dealership because my shopping experience was great, but their customer service after they got your money is definitely a turn off and I will no longer refer folks or buy my next car here.
