I was appalled at how we were treated when we visited your dealership in White Plains. We had an appointment and drove two hours from NJ to see the vehicle. Upon arriving the car wasn’t even on the on th your dealership in White Plains. We had an appointment and drove two hours from NJ to see the vehicle. Upon arriving the car wasn’t even on the on the lot and we were told to have lunch somewhere and come back in hour. When we returned the car was there for a test drive. Unfortunately, it was the wrong car leading us to believe it might be a bait and switch. Your employees offered to get the right car but they began arguing amongst themselves as to who should get the vehicle. After they haggled for about 15 minutes, we were told that we should go get the car which was about 30 minutes away. They then put us in waiting room because they said they needed a plate. After waiting another 30 minutes we went back to showroom and were told they still didn’t have the plate. After driving two hours and waiting three hours more we decided to leave. You wasted our day not to mention the gas and tolls we that we had expended. Who’s the GM over there? More
