The overall experience is very positive. It would be ideal if the time it takes to complete the service could be shortened. Was never given any updates on when the work would be done. It’s been several weeks now that we do not have our car. We had to get a rental car. No updates on timing / where the car work stands / etc. se done. It’s been several weeks now that we do not have our car. We had to get a rental car. No updates on timing / where the car work stands / etc. severe lack of communication and will NEVER be leasing / buying a KIA again. We were going to buy this Sorrento until this happened. Worst customer service experience ever with a lease. Had much better experiences at Volkswagen, Hyundai, etc. More
