I was never going to come back to Northeast Kia after they messed up my gas tank replacement and refused to make good on it. I brought my KIA in for a software update due to a recall plus had my 22,000 mile service. I was met by Rasool, the service advisor, within a minute and he took the car in immediately (I had an appointment). plus had my 22,000 mile service. All the work was completed within an hour with him updating me during the course of the service. Can't say enough good things about this dealership, the service department and especially Rasool.
