I have had marvelous service on my Kia Soul at this dealership. Normally I deal with Ashley who is superb. All I can say is do not go to this dealership. It is the most unprofessional dealership that I have ever seen . No customer parking. The sales person never asked me my name or told me his. He then told me that because I came in with the national program that the vehicle would be sold at MSRP. And that last year they were selling for $10.000.00 over . He then told me if I was nice he would talk to his manager. .That's when I got up walked a block to my car and went to another non Kia dealer. Stay away. More

It took the parts department almost 3 weeks to refund my wiper blades that you service advisor put on and they feel off on first use. The parts manger and worker told me the computers were down for two we wiper blades that you service advisor put on and they feel off on first use. I would never trust them at white plains Kia again. More
