Absolutely love my new Buick Verano purchased from Tom Fratantuono at Paul Masse, Woonsocket, RI! Tom is very knowledgable of the product, always eager to please the customer, friendly and a joy to do business with. That's why I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else. I had loved my Pontiac G5 that I traded in with this purchase;however, Buick is a far better vehicle all around. The car is beautiful and rides like a dream. I would highly recommended it to anyone. Great experience, quick in and out, amazing customer service. Tom was phenomenal. I went in just to look at a used Enclave, didn't really think I was going to buy a car and left with a brand new Enclav service. Tom was phenomenal. I went in just to look at a used Enclave, didn't really think I was going to buy a car and left with a brand new Enclave. I buy a car every 2-3 years and have never had such a good experience. I would strongly recommend this dealership and especially Tom and will definitely be back when it is time to buy my next vehicle! More
