My sales person was very good and personable. The only negative experience was with the title to the car. I had to go back to the dealer and sign the title over. Jose Evora of Paul Masse did something strange, he listened and never told me to settle for something less than what I wanted. Guess what, he did exactly what he promised he would try to do. His direct perception of what I was looking for was a major factor why I purchased from Paul Masse Dealership. I'm 38 years old and- until now- have never owned a car that wasn't a Honda or Subaru. When a relative introduced my to the Buick Verano, I was very impress by the amount of car for the money, and thou car that wasn't a Honda or Subaru. I visited a few local dealerships and didn't have very positive experiences. The bottom was that after my conversations with staff, I really didn't have a better understanding of the car specs or some of the incentives that GM was offering. As a result, I never felt comfortable making a decision to purchase. My experience with Tom Frat at Paul Masse was head and shoulders above all my experiences at the other dealerships. Before we even sat down in his office, I had a thorough understanding of the car specs and the incentives that GM was offering. I knew exactly what I was getting. It made it a much more comfortable experience to make the purchase. As a result you have converted a someone who has never owned a GM car to someone who will probably stick with one for years to come. To me service and reliability is everything. Bottom line: They were very receptive to what I was looking for, and were extremely knowledgeable, They were very detailed in explaining how the product and package would fit my needs. They even took care of little things likes turning in my old plates and forwarding the receipt. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I was referred to Tom Frat by my supervisor, who had just purchased a car at Paul Masse GMC and everything she told me a out this dealership was that and more than once could have expected. We were welcomed purchased a car at Paul Masse GMC and everything she told me a out this dealership was that and more than once could have expected. We were welcomed by several salesmen saying, good morning & hello, welcome to Paul Masse.......we had an appointment with Tom Frat and he was the absolute perfect person to assist us. Extremely welcoming, seemed to know just what we needs.....he let us walk the lot to check out the vehicles and we had chosen 1 or 2 that interest us and then we went for a test drive and that was all that we needed....we chose the Terrain and he made the numbers work for us for a lease, got us discounts and by the time we got home we had received our acceptance call. Tom deserves more than a 5 star rating......he did everything to get us into the car we wanted, explained ever single detail of the Terrain and when we went back, he went over everything again. He has patience with his customers, know the vehicles that he sells and is just a wonderful person to do business with. We will definitely be going back to do business with him again. The whole Paul Masse Team was fabulous.....thank you. More
First of all, the dealership layout itself is very impressive. Clean-looking inside and out. Cars displayed in a very accessible area - very easy to look around. Puts a potential customer at ease at once. The buick model I choose to look at was in various colors, nice choices. As I indicated, my salesman was Tom Frat. Very congenial....and was ready to serve me and answer all questions regarding the model I was interested in - the buick Verano - a beautiful car. After the test drive and many questions answered and explained in detail....I was ushered inside the dealership to Tom's office. Again, Tom answered many questions regarding buying, leasing.....such a great deal Paul Masse dealership offered, was next to impossible to turn down. I couldn't wait to sign on the dotted line. (although I'm not sure if that line really had dots or not.) And even with my request that heated seats be installed - I was able to pick my new car up the very next day. Incredible service! In the future, I would have no reason to go to another car dealership. I would like to thank my salesperson, Tom, of course, and all the people that had a hand in making my purchase so enjoyable.
