He aided us in selecting a vehicle that would meet our needs. We needed a vehicle we could dingy tow (four wheels down) behind an RV and the Terrain is that car. Best car buying experience ever! I went in there unhappy with another dealership and walked out incredibly happy. The sales guy (Joel) probably spelled wrong, was wonderful. I think he just sensed I wasn't in a good mood and worked perfectly for me. Did I mention I walked in 10 min before they closed on a Friday night and he didn't even mention it until I asked? He said he would call me the next morning at 9am with all the details I need. He called right on time and actually had my answers. I went in and had my new car by 3 that day. The manager Mike went out of his way to check on us several times and since my purchase has emailed me. The finance department was wonderful too. Matt was a riot :) Overall my experience was perfect. I am hoping the service department is just as great. We'll see! More
