From the moment we walked into the dealership, Jim was attentive and genuinely interested in helping our family find the best vehicle to meet our needs. His knowledge and expertise made the process smooth and stress-free. However, what truly set this experience apart was Jim's extraordinary commitment to customer service. When our son encountered a flat tire at school the day following our purchase, Jim didn't hesitate to drive an hour from the dealership to assist him personally. Living in Orlando, we deeply appreciate the effort and care Jim demonstrated in helping our son and ensuring his safety. Having faced some less-than-ideal experiences recently at other dealerships, working with Jim was a breath of fresh air. Firstly, it's crucial to inspect your vehicle thoroughly in an uncovered area with full sunlight. Unfortunately, I discovered that my truck had a subpar manufacturer paint job, which felt deceptive. It would have been better if this was disclosed upfront. Additionally, don't expect any special treatment or perks. Shortly after leaving the dealership, one of my tires went flat, and I ended up paying full price for a replacement. This added to the overall disappointment with the purchase. Overall, while the dealership will sell you a vehicle, it's essential to be vigilant and not expect any extras. Make sure to inspect your vehicle carefully and be prepared for any potential issues that may arise. Lastly, they scrap off the window stickers with a razor blade so look for scratches before completing your sale. More
