Scheduled an appointment for a tire repair and was told they did not give appointments for that so I would have to wait 2+ hours. Manager rectified by taking the tire and I was able to leave while they rep they did not give appointments for that so I would have to wait 2+ hours. Manager rectified by taking the tire and I was able to leave while they repaired the tire. No1 called to update the next day. I called 5/6 times with no answer. Last call at around 420pm, I was told that my tire a was almost ready and I’d have to be there before 530 to get it. Got there just before 5pm and had to ask them to put the tire back on only to find later that they did not put the spare back under the truck where it was supposed to go. They put it in the back of the truck on top of my newborn babies things! I understand being busy but that is unacceptable as I myself can’t get under the truck and put it back! More
