Poor communication skills. I brought my vehicle in at 8am for an oil change and inspection. I asked the technician how long will this process take and he stated an hour and a half. That seemed like a reasona for an oil change and inspection. I asked the technician how long will this process take and he stated an hour and a half. That seemed like a reasonable time. I had my husband pick up and told the technician that I would be back within that time frame. Well, my errands ran overtime but I never received a call from Ray Brandt service department in reference to my vehicle. I arrived back at the dearlship at 1:00pm. To my dismay, they had not started on my car at all. They told me that the person who was working on my car went to lunch. This is completely unacceptable!! Some form of communication should have been made with me to let me know of any changes with the process is being made. Ray Brandt, you must do better because you have lost a customer. More
