LIES, CHEATING AND STEALING. This dealership disgusts me. I went to another Kia dealership with my offer from my bank, they had a listed price well above this one on my Banks loan This dealership disgusts me. I went to another Kia dealership with my offer from my bank, they had a listed price well above this one on my Banks loan website. They would not work with me so I came to Harvey. Before heading out I called ahead to speak with a salesperson. Ms. Ursula spoke with me. I advised her of my ALREADY prepared paperwork for my loan on my car. I advised her that I would be heading to the dealership with my bank offer, what it entailed, and that I would DO NOT OTHER credit checks as it was already done. She stated that she understood and that would be fine. During the process she presented me with a credit check. I reminded her of the deal over the phone, she went to the back, came back and told me that the only thing that I was forced to sign was to get the loan verification paperwork from my bank. I agreed and signed. They she presented me with the offer. When I saw the monthly payment and the amount of the car, I asked what was going on. My bank had offered me 10.8 interest with a monthly payment of 550. THIS WAS NOWHERE NEAR THE AMOUNT THAT MY BANK HAD SET THE LOAN UP FOR. I asked her about this, she stated that she did not know anything about the financing and would have to take it back to that department. She came back about 45 minutes later with the correct paperwork. Far be it for me to have checked the price on the car. I signed relieved that I had caught it and after I left realized that they jacked the price of the car, lowered the trade in value and I get basically the same xxxx deal. I will never use them again and I hope that I can stop even 1 person from going to this shiest y business. Disgusting. My fault truely for trusting anyone on that side of the tracks. More

The moment I arrived I was met by a friendly guy who got me started with my services and he offered me donuts with coffee or water and walked me to the nice clean waiting area. It only took about an hour to get my service that day.
