Great service. They were swamped when I arrived for my appointment but they ensured I was out on time for work. This was my first visit, I will be returning again! appointment but they ensured I was out on time for work. This was my first visit, I will be returning again! More
I had gone to Jeffrey Auto first, but after I didn't purchase the car (didn't find what I was looking for), the sales person dropped me like a hot potato. Mike was outstanding. He wasn't dismayed th purchase the car (didn't find what I was looking for), the sales person dropped me like a hot potato. Mike was outstanding. He wasn't dismayed that I didn't pick the first car (or second car), and really hung in there with me until I found the RIGHT car and it is PERFECT! I have had the car one month, and I already have over 2000 miles on it. We looked at one car, that one just wasn't it, looked at another, no go (didn't get the "this is it" feeling). He still didn't give up. I left for the evening. He gave me a call before I got home to thank me for coming in and told me to hang in there with him. That gave me hope. I looked on my computer (stayed up until 1:30 a.m.) to get some ideas and came up with something that might work. He called the next morning to say he didn't know which car it was going to be, but he knew he had the right car for me in stock. I sensed he was right! I don't shop for cars often (thank goodness) and this was my first car purchase in over 10 years. There are several things I look for when shopping for a car, and some things I need... ? Outstanding gas mileage (currently getting around 38 mpg) ? Ease of driving / handling ? Room for a double bass (yup, the big guy), which my daughter plays ? Great Price ? Comfort (sits a bit high as I am fairly tall and knees don’t like low cars) ? Car that was more mine than my daughters as she is never really home anyway, just uses it when she is home to cart her bass around and hang with friends ? Great on the road ? A few fun bells and whistles (within my budget) I went in and told him of my findings. He had been looking also, came up with the exact same conclusion and had one or two of each "level" of the Nissan Versa sedan. We looked, and realized we needed the one with the fold down rear seat. There were only two in stock (black and silver). I selected the silver one. I purchased the car on November 10, at 1pm and put it on the road at 6 p.m. that same night - going to Kalamazoo and back to see my daughter in her first concert with the Kalamazoo Philharmonic Orchestra. My car is now 1 month old and I have over 2000 miles on it and I love it! We just brought the bass back home from college (semester break) and there was plenty of room for her in the back of the car (or for me as we switched on our way back). We were squished in the Saturn, but we have plenty of room and we didn't even let down the seats! If you need to get an idea of what it is like with that puppy in the car, look up "double bass in a small car" videos on youtube to get an idea. I have my Ipod thingy, my steering wheel phone thingy, cruise control, I am happy, happy, happy!!! I enjoy being in my car, I love driving it, it's comfortable, outstanding gas mileage, and one of the favorite cars I've had over the years (and I don't buy cars often - this is car #5 in 40 years!). I am truly (truly, truly!) pleased, I absolutely thrilled with Mike Gross and he really hung in there with me. He never pressured me, just let me konw we would find the best car for my needs, and would figure out which one it would be. I felt inspired to dig around and come up with ideas that would match what I was looking for in the selection that was available through your organization. I am truly happy with my purchase! More
I was greeted promptly, the service took as long as expected, everyone was friendly and they reviewed what was done before I left, with a recommendation for what I might want to take care of next time expected, everyone was friendly and they reviewed what was done before I left, with a recommendation for what I might want to take care of next time (without immediately trying to sell me anything else!) :0) More
My actual experience, yesterday, in the service department was excellent. However, I've rated the overall experience "bad" because, for the week previous to the appointment, I tried to change the department was excellent. However, I've rated the overall experience "bad" because, for the week previous to the appointment, I tried to change the time by leaving voice mails with Chris Woods. He didn't return any of my calls. In addition, nobody responded to my email, seeking to change the time. I finally called the service department directly and they made the change. So- Tamaroff or Suburban- I haven't decided who will get my future business. One more thing... In the directions for this response, your threat that IT MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED is definitely off-putting. Tamaroff Nissan gave me excellent personal attention and follow through! I initially called the dealership and spoke with Don, my salesperson to see if I could turn in a lease early. It was not good t follow through! I initially called the dealership and spoke with Don, my salesperson to see if I could turn in a lease early. It was not good timing, but received a letter shortly after signed in management name, Mike. I spoke with Mike regarding offers. Don called me back and left a message when feasible to look at my options. Don remembered me by name when I popped in to look at the 2012 and 2013 vehicles. He was patient in reviewing options with me. Mike was helpful to fill in when Don was not available. They worked together to get me a price I was happy with. In the past, the only reason I looked at purchasing a nissan, was because the dealership (maintenance department I used for my Altima) had been so good to me. I wanted to purchase an "American made vehicle", and was looking at a Ford product. Don explained to me that the vehicles I was looking at were made in Mexico, and that the Maxima was made in the US. This made it much easier for me to lease the first Maxima back in 2009. I was obviously very happy with the vehicle so I decided to stay with it. The only option I was serious about was whether I wanted to lease or purchase. Thank you Gio Borrelli Thomas More

When I pulled in front of the service garage door, several individuals inside the garage just looked at me, but neither of them greeted me or told me which bay to pull into-they just left me waiting t several individuals inside the garage just looked at me, but neither of them greeted me or told me which bay to pull into-they just left me waiting there. After about 5 minutes, a nice gentleman who was outside approached my car and directed me inside the garage. Once inside the garage, a gentleman greeted me. I told him I was there for the complimentary oil-change, and I also mentioned that my "service engine" light came on just the day before. He said he would run a diagnostic and check it out. I waited in the customer lounge, and the service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. A different gentleman advised me that my car was ready, and he directed me to the cashier. I asked him if anyone checked why the "service engine" light was on, and they had not, but he said he would check it for me. So, the first gentleman did not check it for me like he said he would; however, the second gentleman checked it promptly and told me it was just that my gas cap was not sealed completely. Finally, when I approached the cashier, he told me my balance, but I told him I had a complimentary coupon-which was stapled to my paperwork but he did not see it at first. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I appreciate the complimentary service; however, I do think the staff could use some training in providing excellent customer service. These days with the amount of competition out there, good customer service seperates the best from the rest-I'm just saying. More
Very clean good looking dealership. Very friendly staff with lots of people asking if I had been waited on. Very nice young african american gentleman wrote my order up. Received a call the next day that with lots of people asking if I had been waited on. Very nice young african american gentleman wrote my order up. Received a call the next day that my vehicle was ready. The drive belts needed adjustment. Mr. Brett Duprey was very helpful and funny. This dealership sold me what I needed and nothing more, I appreciate that. My Nissan dealership in Dearborn recently closed and I am looking for a new dealership and looks like you have my vote. My vehicle was also washed which is a very nice perk. More
