AVOID!!!! If this site allowed "0" stars that would be my rating. I took a Honda S2000 in for a routine maintenance service, after service the car was returned If this site allowed "0" stars that would be my rating. I took a Honda S2000 in for a routine maintenance service, after service the car was returned after a 30 mile unauthorized and unnecessary "test drive" with the front bumper panel destroyed. All body panels on every S2000 come with a vin tag applied. So the dealership, in destroying the panel, effectively gave the car an accident history and permanently diminished the value of what was previously a mint condition, all original car. Dealer has been alternately dismissive, accusatory and combative. I can document the entire ordeal. More

Also, as a note and suggestion, I had brought my car to dealer last October 2015 for different repair and I wish today's problem was identified during 24 point inspection then. I do not see why my problem wasn't seen then. More

Rip off I bought a Honda CRV from Tamaroff Honda in Southfield Michigan.This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. The salesman was nasty, an I bought a Honda CRV from Tamaroff Honda in Southfield Michigan.This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. The salesman was nasty, and not honest. The business manager was useless. They give you a hot pitch to buy an extra protection program from a third party and push and push until I signed in desperation to get out. I am 80 years old and I guess not as sharp as I once was . So I bought these crummy, useless programs.even though I was uneasy, but the salesman almost insisted and lied about the programs. I went home and looked up the programs on the Internet . It was full of warnings not to buy the programs because the third party won't do the work ..they make some excuse and the dealer doesn't stand behind them. I really like my Honda but I feel so cheated I can't enjoy it.. I went back within 2 days and told them I didn't want the programs, but since it was basically insurance, I would gladly pay for the 2 days it was on force. The salesman took me back to the business manager . When I told them what I wanted..told me they already paid the vendor ..which I am sure they didn't. I felt so cheated and upset with myself for falling for this scam. The told me if I was going to raise my voice I should get out. 'Stay away from this place . If you want a Honda, buy it somewhere you won't get cheated. More
