Would have been a perfect experience but. The service and staff was exemplary, as was the body work that was completed on my vehicle. When I opened my glove box to return the contents post ser The service and staff was exemplary, as was the body work that was completed on my vehicle. When I opened my glove box to return the contents post service it fell on the floor of the car. Someone had detached it from its plastic hinges ( not on purpose I'm sure) Thankfully it was not broken and was a simple matter of re-attaching and snapping the plastic hinges into place. It was working perfectly when the car was dropped off. I normally don't write reviews,but I felt compelled to. It would be a shame not to let you know. This would have been the best service experience I have EVER had at a dealership save for one debacle that would ruin it for most people thanks to the carelessness of one associate there. Two days after I picked up my car I traded in to your Honda dealers and purchased a new CRV EX, I used your dealer based on the terrific impression your body shop left with me. I hope you are able to talk with your associates there and let them know to be more careful, not to hide a mistake they made for the customer to find, and to keep away from the glove box when the repair was on the rear bumper. More

Pilot We had made an appointment to bring the SUV in for service and told service my husband would need a ride to work. They said know problem. When my husb We had made an appointment to bring the SUV in for service and told service my husband would need a ride to work. They said know problem. When my husband brought our SUV in for service on the day of the appointment he was told the shuttles were already out. He waited 30 minutes, and went back to service and they said the shuttles were still out. This went on for one hour and a half. Finally after my husband complained they offered to give him a loaner car. When he came to pick up our SUV they told him another fifteen minutes , he waited another hour. We have never had a problem with tamaroff service . In fact we have recommended them to our friends. We will not be servicing our car there in the future. More
