Dissatisfied with Satillite Radio Converson I asked the dealership to add satellite radio to my car. They did but it was unacceptable to me over time. I could not save stations and could not go I asked the dealership to add satellite radio to my car. They did but it was unacceptable to me over time. I could not save stations and could not go to the first page on my radio so even XM/Sirious Radio could not help me. The vendor they used was not good. I finally had the satellite radio conversion unit taken out. I did not hire the vendor. I went to the Honda dealership I have been using for years to do it. I will probably go to another company to have them install a satellite system that actually works. The service tech Charles Pettway was very helpful but it was the fault of the dealership and Honda for not getting the job done right and trying to hand me off to a vendor to fix it. More

Pleasant at all times. It's easy to be happy when you pick up your new vehicle, but most of the time that fades when the need for service comes around. Not so at Tamaroff. What I loved was that Charles came over to get me to tell me my car was ready and walked me to the cashier. This service you provide is so wonderful. You feel so important and valued. I didn't have to wait all day long either. My car runs fantastic and I love that it was washed also. The service Tamaroff provides is well beyond 5 stars for sure.
