Service The service was on point. I was waited on as soon as I pull into the garage. The attendant(Jason) was helpful, kind , and professional. He inform tha The service was on point. Pleasant experience I just walked in yesterday and was greeted by the Mark Prebee from the service center. It was a pleasing experience than i had with two other service I just walked in yesterday and was greeted by the Mark Prebee from the service center. It was a pleasing experience than i had with two other service centers. He collected details and checked with me if he could schedule 30k maintenance which is recommended by Honda. Normally i would have told no, but I liked his approach and professionalism i accepted that offer. It was a smooth scheduling the maintenance. Once maintenance had been done he called me and informed. When i went to pick up the vehicle also he was very helpful in completing all process and made sure that his service left an everlasting impression. I appreciate his dutifulness and devotion to the job. More

Sean was very responsive and upfront and answered all of my questions in a no-nonsense manner. I'd highly recommend Tamaroff and asking for Sean if you are looking for a painless experience (in English or German!). Given the good service and the convenient location, I'll be back to Tamaroff and Sean for my next Honda. More

Dissatisfied with Satillite Radio Converson I asked the dealership to add satellite radio to my car. They did but it was unacceptable to me over time. I could not save stations and could not go I asked the dealership to add satellite radio to my car. They did but it was unacceptable to me over time. I could not save stations and could not go to the first page on my radio so even XM/Sirious Radio could not help me. The vendor they used was not good. I finally had the satellite radio conversion unit taken out. I did not hire the vendor. I went to the Honda dealership I have been using for years to do it. I will probably go to another company to have them install a satellite system that actually works. The service tech Charles Pettway was very helpful but it was the fault of the dealership and Honda for not getting the job done right and trying to hand me off to a vendor to fix it. More
