I purchased a Pre Owned Certified car that supposedly only has 9300 miles on it.. took in in for my first oil change and tire rotation @11700 miles. At this service appointment I was told I need 2 new tires...?? Really... how is that possible... the average tire life is usually at least 40,000 miles. At the time of service I spoke to the Sales manager who says there was nothing he could do. I was very upset and disappointed in his lack of concern. When I looked at my tires I saw they were not the same brand... Made me think one of two things... Tires switch and or the mileage on my car was not the true mileage...?? There was no way I should need new tires. ...A couple days later received a service review request and addressed my concern... Service manager and staff were very polite however was told I would receive a call from Sales Manager for my issue, that never happened. Just make sure you include tire inspection when u buy, More
