My family has purchased no less than 6 cars here over the past 20 years but something must have changed in recent years because we’ve had nothing but trouble with sales, service, and warranty departments. WARNING: DON”T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR TRUCK UNDER WARRANTY!!!! Under the poor guidance of Joey Jarrell they practically destroyed the Ram Box cargo lids on my last truck and when I complained (I should have just left it there) I got a shrug and a GTFO attitude. He literally said there was nothing they could do and that if I wanted, I could leave it for a day and they’d try to glue it back together. NEVER AGAIN! (End of rant, now back to review). I decided after a few years of owning my previous RAM 1500 to look for a new RAM 2500 so, being the glutton for punishment that I am, I tried again here at this dealership. Bad idea. My original salesperson from 2014 was gone and it would appear the whole staff has turned over; probably more than once. The tactics here seem to be aimed at getting someone on the hook and milking them because they’re the only RAM/Dodge/Chrysler dealer in town. If you go into the place knowing what you want, with no intention of financing, and have some idea of the value of your trade it seems to xxxx them off. They don’t want informed consumers, they want blind sheep willing to make terrible decisions and get themselves underwater on a new 10 year truck loan after receiving a laughable trade offer and a full MSRP + dealer fee price tag. If you do decide to work with them, good luck trying to reach anyone via phone. It took hours or days for replies to simple questions and calling the finance manager (Robin I believe) or salesperson (xxx ) landed me immediately in voicemail with no response to my voicemail in either case. I didn’t call either one of them again after that, I simply found what I was looking for at a dealership in a nearby city for a MUCH lower price and took a nice little road trip. It was actually quite nice because I got to enjoy the new truck a little on the ride back home. The only redeeming quality I’ve found at this place is the Express Service center located in a different building behind the dealership. This place was always easy to deal with, though my last vehicle came with free service so perhaps if I were paying for it I’d have been more critical when I realized they kept my lug nut lock and I got a flat tire 3 hours from home with no way to change it. WHen they realized they had my lug nut lock in their shop they patched my flat for free, so there’s that. More

Horrible Service Department I bought a brand new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and ever since I’ve bought it I have had problems with it every time I get it back from the service depa I bought a brand new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and ever since I’ve bought it I have had problems with it every time I get it back from the service department the very next day the check engine light comes on they’ve never corrected any issues that I’ve had with the vehicle. I have attempted to bring my vehicle in for over a month I finally got a hold of someone in the service department and scheduled to bring my vehicle in so that I may have a loaner vehicle when I went to go pick it up they refused to give me the loaner vehicle. I am dealing directly with Chrysler currently and they even agree that there are a ton of inaccuracies and false statements when it comes to the service department at Tallahassee Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. More

Well, after buying my car that was it, I have not heard anything from them, no thank you, how are you liking the car, nothing. I would not buy another car from Eddie Granberry if he was the only Chrysler Dodge Jeep salesman in Florida. I have bought my cars from Lee Chrysler in Fort Walton, before buying from Tallahassee DCJ, and they have called me to congratulate me on the purchase of my new car, and told me if I ever need anything to please let them know, still no word from Tallahassee DCJ, I did e-mail the service manager to see if I had the free oil changes for 2 years like I have got on all my new Chryslers and Dodge cars I have bought in the past, and he told me that Chrysler does not do that any more, xx, yes they do. Lee Chrysler and Bay Dodge both still give long time customers 2 years free oil changes. I have drove a Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep for the past 22 years, and this is the one and only one I will ever buy from Tallahassee DCJ More

Would Not Recommend Last place to go to buy a Dodge or Jeep...I went in with an approval letter from my bank...I picked out a vehicle I liked and me and the sales guy who Last place to go to buy a Dodge or Jeep...I went in with an approval letter from my bank...I picked out a vehicle I liked and me and the sales guy who is supposed to be salesman of the year along with Mike Brown another salesman was haggling over the price and payments...Reminder: I am already approved thru my bank..They asked if I would like them to check other banks for a lower rate I said no I do not want my credit ran again as I am already approved for $34,000..I left right before closing as we was still haggling over the price..The next day I am receiving alerts on my phone that my credit is being checked...A total of 9 inquiries was made in 1 day on my credit at other banks or finance companies..The kicker is they got my SS number from the approval letter that I gave them from my bank..They got my info off my letter and ran as many banks and finance companies just to try and make a deal..No deal here...If you want your info stole you need to go here..I called the so called salesman of the year and he does not remember me telling him not to run my credit again..Been trying to get a hold of the General Manager all day with the run around and messages left... More
