They are happy to sell you a car but rude about servicing My daughter bought her car in December, and everyone was so nice. After 3 months, the battery needing replacing so she called the service department. My daughter bought her car in December, and everyone was so nice. Not only were they rude to her, but they were not knowledgeable about her purchase and took a long time to answer her questions. No one in my family will ever purchase a car from them again, and I will certainly not recommend them to anyone. It is a shame that the salespeople have to suffer because the service department is so unprofessional. More

I own a srt have for many years. Today I bring my car in for oil change. I hear the guy working in my car reving my engine and holding it at redline for 5 seconds numerous times. I have never felt so disres for oil change. I hear the guy working in my car reving my engine and holding it at redline for 5 seconds numerous times. When I told them why are you reving my car the service lady’s answer was “ to check for oil leaks.” They feel the need to rev my engine to redline hold it to check for an “oil leak” are you kidding me Tallahassee dodge.
