After looking it the situation, I found out that the holdup was due to ARI not giving the authorization to look at the vehicle till late in the afternoon. I would like to make it right by you. I would like to refund your cab fare to you. I have spoken to the advisor and the fleet company that owns the van to make sure no other person has to go through this and personally will be involved with this type in the future.
